- Customs duties and VAT
- Orders shipped to non‑EU countries (including UK and USA) may incur customs duties, VAT or other local taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
- For orders within the EU, VAT is applied/included according to applicable law (please specify whether displayed prices include VAT).
- Returns policy
- Return period: 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (changeable if you prefer a different period).
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Return procedure:
- Email contact@framboise.ro with the subject “Return” including your order number, name, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
- You will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the package according to the provided instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 14 business days (timing may vary by payment method).
- Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective or wrongly delivered items.
- Defective or incorrect items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@framboise.ro with photos and a description. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
