  1. Shipping fees
  • EU: €25 per order.
  • Non‑EU (including UK and USA): €45 per order.
  1. Processing and delivery times
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Delivery within the EU: 3–7 business days, depending on carrier and destination.
  • Delivery to UK and USA: 7–14 business days, depending on carrier and destination and customs processing.
  • Note: Times may vary during peak periods or due to customs delays.

Countries we deliver to in Europe We ship to the following European countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan*, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia*, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey*, Ukraine* and the United Kingdom (UK).

Note: This list includes EU member states and other European territories. Countries marked with * may have special customs rules, restrictions or additional fees.

  1. Customs duties and VAT
  • Orders shipped to non‑EU countries (including UK and USA) may incur customs duties, VAT or other local taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • For orders within the EU, VAT is applied/included according to applicable law (please specify whether displayed prices include VAT).
  1. Returns policy
  • Return period: 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (changeable if you prefer a different period).
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Return procedure:
    1. Email contact@framboise.ro with the subject “Return” including your order number, name, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
    2. You will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.
    3. Ship the package according to the provided instructions.
    4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 14 business days (timing may vary by payment method).
  • Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective or wrongly delivered items.
  1. Defective or incorrect items
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@framboise.ro with photos and a description. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
